Our objective is to minimise the total life time cost of the system for our customers and to provide them with the tools on which they can place 100% reliance for the operation of their business.
 
If any of our customers needs anything done on their system, they just call us.  They expect a prompt and efficient service, and we never disappoint.  Our ongoing support covers everything from a minor changes to an email address to major additions or changes to the system.
 
Our customers take the continuous operation of their systems, every hour of the day and every day of the week, for granted.  System downtime is virtually unknown.  On those very rare occasions that it does occur, which is certainly no more than once or twice per year, the system is invariably up and running with a matter of minutes.
 
Other companies provide system maintenance contracts on the basis of a specified response time, say four hours, eight hours, or even a next day.  We have no need for such schemes.  When the customer calls, we respond ASAP.

When any unforeseen programming errors do arise, we respond promptly and efficiently, using the error and operating logs that we maintain on all of our customer systems to quickly identify and rectify the error.

 

All of our websites and other applications run on our own highly reliable and protected web servers, on which we only employ proven Microsoft products, such as Windows 2003 Server and Microsoft SQL.
