The Customer Relations Companion is an online customer relations management system. It was developed to provide our customers with a means of maintaining and developing contacts with their website visitors once they had opted-in.
When a website visitor provides their email address and other contact details, either via contact form or other means, an email is sent automatically to the website owner and is copied to the visitor’s email address.
Unfortunately, neither Microsoft Outlook nor Outlook Express are designed to handle these emails in the context of the website visitor, which is especially important when the visitor makes repeated use of the contact form. Being Internet based, the Customer Relations Companion can be accessed from home, work, or on the road. It is particularly well suited to geographically distributed operations, because head office can direct and monitor its use by staff in remote locations, such as local branches.
All that you require to use it is Internet Explorer or another modern Internet browser running on your computer. Everything is handled on the server and there are no packages to download. Even the built-in word processor runs directly on the server and prints to your local printer.
